Brief History:
TLC Envirotech has been in business since 1992, performing high-efficiency lighting retrofits and providing water treatment services.

Our unique electro-chemical and filtration system was born in 1999 due to the early work of Dale Steffens, John West and Boyd Waddle. Beta site development of the system technology began with the first two customer installations in 2000.

After a number of engineering and manufacturing improvements to the technology, formal work began on the patent process in late 2000. TLC Envirotech was awarded United States Patent #6,332,979 dated 12/25/01 for its system technology for the non-chemical treatment of cooling tower water.

Also in December of 2001, Easton Hunt Capital Partners, L.P., a New York venture capital investment fund, led the first round of capital funding placement to drive the future successful growth of TLC Envirotech. (www.eastoncapital.com)

Our proudest achievement to date, however, is a simple barometer for all young companies striving to establish themselves in the marketplace. As of the opening of our website in the spring of 2002, each customer installation of TLC Envirotech remains in place producing beneficial results for our customers in the water treatment for their cooling tower and chiller equipment.

The strategic goal of TLC Envirotech is to offer the marketplace a viable alternative solution that produces significant environmental savings with twenty-first century system technology for the water treatment of cooling towers throughout the United States.
