NO CAPITAL EXPENDITURE
Your decision to have TLC Envirotech take responsibility for the water treatment of your cooling tower is based on a monthly service agreement contract. TLC Envirotech owns, operates and maintains the system per the terms of the monthly service fee contract. A second option is available through a long-term equipment lease of the system along with a full service and warranty agreement.

• There is no capital budget expenditure required for the installation of a TLC Envirotech System.
  
  
• A monthly service agreement can be set up for either a twelve month or sixty month term which will provide an environmentally safe water treatment with the added benefit of the elimination of blowdown resulting in significant water savings.
  
  
• The monthly service agreement also eliminates unexpected maintenance costs and scheduled labor cleaning budget costs previously performed by the customer or contracted out to a mechanical service company.
