  • Instead just of one monthly visit to your facility to determine the water conditions of your cooling tower, we monitor both the water conditions and system performance on a daily basis.

  • The TLC Envirotech System's PLC microprocessor automatically controls our ionization and filtration process on a continuous basis allowing us to communicate with the system from our Dallas service center. Analysis of the system's performance is conducted on a 24/7 basis. Daily monitoring enables us to optimize the performance of the system to give our customers the best possible water for the needs of their operation.

  • After the last cleaning of the tower, the TLC Envirotech System will prevent scale form forming and algae from taking over the bottom of the pan and tower fill. Sediment such as dirt, sand and silt is removed by our jet spray stem and filtration thus eliminating the buildup of sludge in the pan of the tower which otherwise serves as a food source for the bacteria and micro organisms in the water. With TLC Envirotech assuming the responsiblility for cleaning the tower, in our monthly service agreement, budget savings are achieved with the elimination of these labor costs.
